How the consultation works
Telemedicine consultation — answer the physician's questions through secure messaging.
If needed, a laboratory requisition — samples are collected at your local CLSC, at no charge.
Results are explained and provided as a PDF.
The physician explains your results and the recommended course of action. Follow-up by messaging at any time, every day.
Telemedicine is not suitable for every situation. When a physical examination is necessary, or when your condition cannot be assessed remotely, an in-person examination will be recommended.
